Introducing HYOKETSU
Hyoketsu is a term used to describe the special technology that goes behind freezing fresh seafood immediately after it is processed at fishing ports in Japan. This makes it possible for consumers to purchase frozen seafood to use for sushi, sashimi, restaurant-produced carpaccio, tataki, marinade, and even ceviche.
At ABURI Market, we are able to deliver fresh Japanese fish at high restaurant quality, brought to you by the award-winning restaurant team behind Miku & Minami. Visit us in-store to buy fresh Hyoketsu products daily, or order for delivery via UberEats below.

Introducing
ARITA-YAKI
The origin of Arita-Yaki plateware dates back to the early 1600s, as using pottery stones and coloured paint to create delicate porcelain pieces were discovered in Arita, Japan. This one-of-a-kind Arita-ware was traded at the same value as pure gold throughout Europe through the Dutch East India Company in the 1650s, creating a high demand among royalty and aristocracy in European countries.
Traditional techniques and delicate craftsmanship have been inherited for generations and continue to be admired by chefs worldwide as the perfect vessel to artistically display their fine culinary skills while further engaging with the diner's five senses.
Imported straight from Japan, we at ABURI Market hope to share the delicate artistry, talent, history, and quality behind creating Arita-Yaki plateware through beautiful porcelain that genuinely makes our products unique.

Introducing SHOJIN
SHOJIN, also known as vegan cuisine, was part of the traditional diet of Buddhist monks in the history of Japan. They would use ingredients such as beans and a variety of vegetables to resemble the appearance and flavour of meat in meals and dishes. Our goal at ABURI Market is to provide consumers with an abundance of healthy, plant-based Japanese meal options that non-vegans can also enjoy. This includes well-balanced, ready-to-eat meals such as sushi, salads, ramen, bentos, and much more.
